Jason M. Glass is the Vice President of Client Services of HAYSTACKID LLC.
During 15 years of combined experience in the legal, business and technology markets, Mr. Glass has supported and counseled Fortune 1000 companies and Am Law 100 firms with complex eDiscovery and litigation challenges.
Before launching Haystack with his brother, Kevin D. Glass, Mr. Glass served as Vice President of Business Development for The Association of Work Process Improvement (“TAWPI”), a global document management organization. He was heavily engaged in the implementation and management of Electronically Stored Information (ESI), providing strategies to do so for many Fortune 500 corporations in that time.
Mr. Glass then worked as a litigation-support liaison for case teams at Sidley Austin, an international business law firm in Chicago. These positions gave him the experience, knowledge, and motivation to launch HAYSTACKID with his brother, while he continues to be entrenched in meeting the evolving demands of customers and the industry at large.
Mr. Glass often speaks across the nation on digital forensics and eDiscovery trends, as well as the best practices of applying the latest technologies to complex litigation matters. His thought leadership in litigation support has consistently propelled Haystack further and assisted clients in achieving objectives.
As a former Division I baseball player, Mr. Glass is still passionate about the game and coaches little league in Marblehead, Massachusetts, where he resides with his wife and three boys.
Mr. Glass is also actively involved in philanthropy, serving on the board of the Marblehead Special Advisory Council and Marblehead Youth Baseball.
